I grew up in Port Alberni and recently moved back to open Peaks and Valleys, a safe and comfortable environment where anyone is welcome to come explore and express themselves creatively, and experience a sense of belonging and acceptance. I provide my services for people of all ages. My focus area has been children and teens, particularly around coping with anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, creating spaces for women and people beyond the gender binary, caregiver-child relationships, attachment, and using art to explore who we are and connect with our creativity.
